cardiovascular training zone In addition to the group training sessions we also have zones, which are available to book out individually. additional servicesWe offer various fitness tests, from VO2 max to heart rate monitoring, all suited to your needs and ability. To find out your total body fat percentage, lean weight, hydration levels, bone density and visceral fat levels. Our test calculates your body composition using Bio-electrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) safe low-level electrical signals are passed through the body. Private one-to-one consultation sessions are available to book in, to discuss any concerns about your training, changes in circumstances or motivational needs and reassessments.
