Wendy Oliver Having spent many of her professional years working alongside physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths and orthopaedic surgeons, Wendy has achieved a full understanding of working with injury rehabilitation and specific strength & conditioning training. Before opening in touch studios, Wendy worked hard to establish a high-standard mobile personal training service in and around Bristol. “I am extremely passionate about the human body and find it incredible how the health and fitness industry influences our habits, beliefs and lifestyles physically and mentally. Large health clubs have a function but I believe for many people they misguide and mislead, often resulting in personal goals not being achieved. There is so much more to health and fitness than hours of ‘endurance’ on machines that restrict our body of movement. Its important for us to understand how our bodies should and like to move. We are all different, and this is what I aspire to help people achieve." When Wendy is not working she loves to train, her sport is triathlon and its components, she also enjoys socialising with family and friends and travelling! “The world is there to be seen, I believe that there is so much to learn from the way others live, and to savor the beauty of what we don’t have around us everyday”. “I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” (Maya Angelou)

Mat Souto “Communication is essential in keeping your training personal, don’t be afraid to talk to us about anything. We are always here to help." Sport has always been a part of Mat’s life. He played football and tennis at County level from an early age, has competed in numerous MMA events, and currently bases his training around martial arts. Mat is a keen motor sport enthusiast and loves to socialise with friends in these environments. "If you bring in the effort, we’ll help you get the results!”

Easton Willock Easton brings a quirky sense of humour to the in touch team alongside a knowledge of nutrition and healthy eating for maintaining ideal body weight and promoting successful outcomes for clients. His interests include; cycling, climbing, flexibility and martial arts, he also enjoys using suspension training and other body weight exercises to assist clients in optimising functional strength. “The best things in life, aren’t things!”
