At In Touch Studios, we are passionate about the human body and find it incredible how the health and fitness industry influences our habits, beliefs and lifestyles, both physically and mentally. There is so much more to exercise than hours of ‘endurance’ on machines which restrict our body of movement. It’s important for us to understand how our bodies should and like to move. We are all different and this is what we aspire to help people achieve.

We are fun, friendly and family run. Our fully qualified and specialist personal trainers lead one to one and small group training sessions to help our clients achieve their individual health and fitness goals. Whether you’re a novice or a pro, or anywhere in between, our flexible programmes are tailored to your age and ability.
